Rewards are automatically credited to your Nihao account balance 7 days after the new customer confirms receipt of goods.

6. Is there a limit on commissions?

No limit. The more you refer, the more you earn.

Yes. Your account balance can be used for future orders or withdrawn.

8. What happens to the commission if the customer returns or cancels the order?

Shipping fees, refunds, and canceled orders are not eligible for commission.

Enjoy the platform's corresponding new customer coupons and discounts.

No. Self-referral (using your own link to place orders for yourself) is prohibited. The system will automatically detect violations.

13. Can the same customer be referred by multiple referrers?

No. The referral link used by the customer at the time of their first registration is final and cannot be changed later.

14. Must the referred customer be a new registrant?

Yes. Only customers who have neither registered an account nor placed any order on the Nihao platform count as valid referrals.

15. Can I be both a referrer and a referee?

Yes. You can register through someone else's link (as a referee) and also refer others (as a referrer). The two do not conflict.
