Great quality for the most part, some items came damaged. The 200+ earrings came smashed in a small box which damaged some of the backings. Disappointed in that. Shipping was paid for by weight and would appreciate better and more careful packaging to avoid damage. Customer service is difficult because you have to use the chat box which can take some time for responses. Will continue to purchase as I do love the quality of most earrings and price. Disappointed in the packaging for shipping but that’s something that can be improved.
