I paid the expensive shipment 4-6 and my order was send 10 days after. You said it's because my order was big, but if you are a vendor you must have to be ready to process big orders on time. On the orher hand, it's frustarting that you don't update the available items, I always pay for things are out of stock but you listed them as avaialble. Even you put them on credit you don't refund the shipment of those are not available. You have to refund too the proportional part of the shipment for all the items you don't send as I paid a shipment for items that you put as available.

Got my package, shipment was delayed two days by carrier but still was worth the wait. All items were accounted for and it was packaged very well. I can never get them all back in the box not sure how they do it!!!
